Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping cost

All orders ship free of charge. No shipping fee is added at checkout.

Shipment and tracking

When your order ships, we will email you with the tracking number and the carrier. Use that number on the carrier’s website to track your parcel.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and the carrier. Holidays may take longer.

Duties and import taxes

Duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees for delivery to you are included in the product price. You should not be asked to pay customs charges to receive your order.

Delays

Ivory Goose cannot control delays caused by weather, the carrier, or customs.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost, or arrives damaged, please email support@ivorygoose.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
